Shortcut beschrijft zichzelf als het eerste projectmanagementplatform voor softwareontwikkeling dat iedereen in elk team samenbrengt om betere producten te bouwen.

De Shortcut-integratie is een persoonlijke integratie; iedereen met toegang tot een app (die deze functionaliteit wil gebruiken) moet deze stappen doorlopen. Deze integratie maakt **niet** automatisch issues aan in Shortcut, om story-overload te voorkomen.

## Functies

* Maak Shortcut-stories aan voor fout- en performance-incidenten in AppSignal.
  * Ga op een incidentdetailpagina naar het vak "Issue trackers" aan de rechterkant van de pagina.
  * Klik op "Send to Shortcut"

## Instellen

* API-token:
  * Bezoek de API-tokensectie van uw Shortcut-account: [app.shortcut.com/settings/account/api-tokens](https://app.shortcut.com/settings/account/api-tokens)
    * Genereer een nieuwe API-token door er een naam voor in te voeren, bijv. AppSignal.
    * Klik op "Generate Token".
    * De gegenereerde token wordt weergegeven. Kopieer deze.
      * Deze heeft de volgende notatie: `xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx`
  * [Bezoek de AppSignal Shortcut-integratiepagina](https://appsignal.com/redirect-to/app?to=integrations/shortcut/edit) voor de app die u wilt koppelen.
    * Plak de Shortcut API-token in het veld "API token".
* Workflow state ID
  * Bezoek het instellingenscherm voor Workflow States van Shortcut: [https://app.shortcut.com/settings/workflow](https://app.shortcut.com/settings/workflow)
    * Klik op het pictogram naast de standaard workflowstatus die u aan uw stories wilt geven. Dit pictogram toont het aantal stories voor die workflowstatus.
    * Let op het `state:xxxx` in de zoekbalk, kopieer het nummer na `state:`
    * Plak het nummer in het invoerveld Workflow State ID en
* Klik op de knop "create integration".

AppSignal is nu ingesteld om de Shortcut-integratie te gebruiken!
