# Upgrading AppSignal for Browser

> Update @appsignal/browser during the beta to get updates, bug, and security fixes.

New releases include updates, bug and security fixes, so keep AppSignal up to date. To update during the beta, run `npm install @appsignal/browser@beta`, `yarn add @appsignal/browser@beta`, or `pnpm add @appsignal/browser@beta`. Commit your lockfile and redeploy. If you use the UMD build, change the version in the `<script>` URL instead.
